Congratulations, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs!
We want to give TDHCA a big shout-out for their Bond program, which began in January. The $130,000,000 Low to Moderate-Income First-Time Homebuyer Program was so popular that non-targeted area funds were depleted by March 21, 2022. Only a limited amount of funds remained for targeted areas. Lenders are already eagerly awaiting the subsequent bond issuance.
