eHousingPlus© is the leading Single Family Program and Compliance Administrator in the Affordable Housing Industry today. With over 77 years of Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond, Mortgage Credit Certificate, and First Time Home Buyer Program management experience, the professionals at eHousingPlus have successfully managed many diverse programs for dozens of Housing Finance Agencies. Established in 1999 in Weston, Florida as a collaboration between Housing and Development Services, Inc. (HDS) and Denihan and Associates, eHousingPlus operates as a services provider for Local and State Housing Finance agencies delivering effective and reliable Program Administration and Compliance. eHousingPlus works alongside Master Servicers and aims to effectively re-engineer existing work flow concepts to enhance and streamline operations and compliance.
eHousingPlus provides web system management tools, utilizing the Housing and Development Software, LLC. (HDS) web-based Single Family Management System© solution.  The HDS System provides lenders, agency staff, and its affiliated professional team web-based loan management, data analysis and reporting tools unprecedented in the market. The extensive information network provides the agency the ability to monitor its programs easily and effectively, while focusing on their key initiatives and target markets.
