In our on-going efforts to tighten our cyber security protocols, we will be disabling a number of older and less secure security standards.
Effective on May 1, we will be using TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 ONLY, with TLS 1.1 compatibility shutting down later this year.
This is important because if you are using an older and unsafe browser you will not be able to access our sites. Note that the majority of our users are fine and will not need to make any changes, however it is important to check which browser you are using to make sure so you do not experience any service interruption.
Please act now and contact your IT Department to ensure your computer and browser are updated and operational for the supported browsers listed below.
eHousingPlus Systems and Sites will ONLY support the following browsers after May 1st 2018;
- Internet Explorer (IE) 11 (TLS 1.1 and 1.2 compatible)
- Google Chrome v30 and above (current version is 65) (TLS 1.1 and 1.2 compatible)
