eHousingPlus Lender Portal User Credentials

If you are a participating lender, and have attended both Program and System Trainings, you will need to request a User ID to access the Lender Portal.  Please select one of the below options.  

Step 1:  Make sure you attend Program Training.

A follow up email is sent after you successfully complete the Program training.  If you did not receive a follow up email or do not have a FLEX code (code was issued at training) please contact Jennifer Erwin click here.

If you have not attended Program Training, please go to Available Programs, select your program and click on the Training Tab.  For assistance, please contact Jennifer Erwin

Step 2:   Request the type of access

NEW USERS – If you have NOT had access (with current company) with eHousingPlus  click here.

EXISTING USERS –  If you HAVE access (with current company) with eHousingPlus  click here.

MOVED COMPANIES – If you have changed companies and previously had access with eHousingPlus  click here.

LOAN OFFICERS w/out Access to eHousingPlus – If you are a loan officer who does NOT need access to the eHousingPlus System BUT does need to be on the Loan Officer’s drop down selection on loans, click here.

Only users for Approved Lenders will be processed when submitting the User Credentials Request.  If you are not sure, please check.  Click on  Available Programs, select your program, then select the Participating Lender Tab.

Once we process your request, your User ID is emailed.  (Turn-around is 24-48 hours)

To reset your passwords, please click on Password Reset on the login page.  (check spam folder if confirmation is not received)

Passwords are case sensitive, require a minimum of 12 characters, one number and one capitalized letter.
