1 – eHP – WILL VERIFY YOUR REQUEST
2 – Processing time is 24 to 48 hours
3 – You will receive several system generated emails
* you will receive your user Id
* final email will be your password
NOTE: The password email is delayed by several hours after the user ID is sent.
