The Florida Association of Local Housing Finance Authorities (FLALHFA) will host the 2023 Florida ALHFA Annual Educational Conference from Wednesday, July 12th through Saturday, July 15th at The Westin Sarasota.
We have been a long-standing member and supporter of FLALHFA. This year, we are sponsoring the Conference at the Platinum Level. We feel that it is vital to engage in the constant state of the markets dialogue, actively participating in affordable housing programs and activities and sharing best practices and market knowledge with our partners. Participating in the Florida ALHFA Annual Educational Conference provides first-hand insights into adequate housing and development practices to local Florida government affordable housing, community, and economic development professionals, as well as unparalleled opportunities to interact in person with government practitioners, financial experts, and professional program-staff at all levels.
Our very own Sue Denihan, Vice President at eHousingPlus, has been bestowed with the privilege and responsibility of Co-Moderating the Single-Family Panel, The Panel stands to be very educational. With all the changes Florida is going through it is imperative to have this panel to understand the options and help avoid confusion.
US Bank is now offering many options to the local HFA’s that were once reserved only for Florida Housing and there are a lot questions. We were asked to assemble a panel of experts to discuss some of the more confusing options. Sue Denihan’s panel is scheduled for July 13th, 1:45pm – 3:00pm.
