Lunch and Learn presented by eHousingPlus featuring Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs

Yesterday we hosted our second Lunch and Learn Session with Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.  This month’s session was focused on Closing and Post-Closing. On the call was Cathy Gutierrez and Lisa Johnson from TDHCA, Amanda Patterson from Idaho Housing, and Paloma Miranda and Sue Denihan from eHousingPlus.

Our session began with a great welcome from Cathy, letting the lenders know that we are working on bringing different topics each month. In topic with yesterday’s session, Sue explained to the lenders the importance of using the Compliance File Delivery Checklist when putting together and submitting the Compliance File. The focus being the digital delivery of complete files. This includes documents required for Compliance approval and their importance. Lenders were guided through the eHousingPlus website to show them how to access their tools for success and system access of eHPortal, eHP Digital Docs, and eHPay.

Lunch and Learn Sessions with TDHCA will continue to be hosted on a monthly basis. Your topic suggestions for future Lunch and Learn session may be submitted to our in email.
