The HDS Foundation, along with HDS and eHousingPlus staff, has worked to support the relief efforts for the victims of the natural disaster in Joplin, Missouri, with our Drive for Joplin. We would like to thank Catholic Charities and the staff of the Missouri Housing Development Commission for allowing us to lend our support.
Throughout the month of June, the HDS Foundation actively promoted the Drive for Joplin. Due to overwhelming response, we have been able to collect donations including Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s Clothing, Shoes, Toys, and much, much more! As of June 29, 2011, the first shipment of 12 full boxes of donations has been sent to Catholic Charities in Joplin, Missouri.
We would like to thank all those who have made this effort possible and were a part of the preparation process. HDS and the HDS Foundation will continue to support the affordable housing industry and the communities housing agencies serve.
