  • Maximum Income Limits (300% of Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG).
  • Maximum Purchase price limit: $647,200
  • 70 calendar days from loan reservation to loan purchase (Underwriter Certification 15 calendar days)
  • Household income calculation (borrower + spouse (including NPS) + everyone 18 years of age or older)
  • Lenders must complete the Worksheet for Documenting Eligible Household Income & Residency. The worksheet will be submitted with the loan closing package.
  • Assistance offered as 0% Interest, 3-year forgivable second mortgage and may ONLY be used for down payment assistance
  • The Assistance will be forgiven at the end of three years of Dec. 31, 2024, whichever comes first.
