LHC New Program Administrator Training with eHousingPlus

Effective September 9th, eHousingPlus will serve as Program Administrator for LHC’s homeownership programs. eHousingPlus’ LOS will be the front and back-end lender portals for all programs and eHousingPlus will take over Compliance Reviews for all loans.

Along with this transition, LHC is introducing a refreshed homeownership brand: Louisiana Home Starts Here.

The programs will be marketed under the following new names:

  • MRB Assisted Program will become HomeStart Assist
  • Pathways Program will become HomeStart Plus
  • Keys for Service Program will become HomeStart Advantage
  • Premier Program will become HomeStart Ready

Although the marketing names are changing, the programs themselves are not being replaced. Other than a limited number of programmatic updates, the current program offerings and benefits will remain in place. The primary changes will involve the lender process, which is being streamlined to provide a more centralized, consistent, and user-friendly experience.

The sessions will introduce the updated program materials, demonstrate the new lender workflow, and provide an opportunity to ask questions.
