Nevada Housing Division is offering additional training for Alpine Vista Advantage, a new homebuyer program for the 145-home Alpine Vista community in Washoe County.

Lenders currently approved to participate in Nevada Housing Division programs will also be approved to participate in Alpine Vista Advantage.

Program highlights include:

• $27,500 in down payment and closing cost assistance
• A 4% builder contribution 
• FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac 30-year fixed-rate mortgages
• A maximum purchase price of $806,500
• A maximum household income of $175,200
• No first-time homebuyer requirement
• Nevada residency for at least six months before reservation, with an exception for eligible critical workers relocating to Nevada
