Florida Housing’s Homebuyer Loan Program Presentation at the NAMMBA Connect Tour – Orlando Florida
Mark Pease, Business Development Manager, represented Florida Housing Finance Corporation at the National Minority Mortgage Bankers Association (NAMMBA) regional meeting in Orlando last week. The National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA) is a national trade association dedicated to the enrichment and betterment of women and minorities who work in the real estate finance industry.
As part of the event’s program, Mark gave a presentation about the Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s Homebuyer Loan Program. Florida Housing offers a Homebuyer Program that offers 30-year fixed rate first mortgage loans to first-time homebuyers through participating lenders and lending institutions throughout the State of Florida. Eligible borrowers may also participate in one of Florida Housing’s second mortgage programs to assist borrowers with down payment assistance and closing costs.
