They are not permitted to occupy the property, may not sign the Deed of Trust and may not have any vested interest in the property. Borrowers will receive $20,000 in down payment assistance, which may be used in one of two ways:
1) Apply the full $20,000 toward down payment assistance and/or closing costs; OR
2) Pay discount points equal to 2% or 4% of the principal loan amount to permanently buy down the Worker Advantage Program interest rate.
