eHousingPlus’ Lunch and Learn Series is rocking and rolling! Yesterday, we had our third session co-hosted with TDHCA. Cathy Gutierrez and Erick Soriano were excited to explain TDHCA’s new partnership with Capital Area HFC to bring a new incentive for the Lenders. The focus of the session included how the program works, review of the guidelines and forms, and the loan reservation process.
